What do I receive when I buy from VELTRIO?
You receive a secure download link for your PDF files by email after payment. VELTRIO sells digital downloads only, so nothing is shipped and no printed item is included.
How fast will I get my files?
The email normally arrives within a few minutes of payment. If nothing has arrived after 30 minutes, check your spam or junk folder, then contact support@veltrio.design with your order number and we will resend your files.
Can I print the files at home or at a print shop?
Yes. All products are printable PDF files. You can print them on your own printer or take them to a local print shop. Results depend on your printer, paper and ink.
Why do the colours on paper look different from my screen?
Colours on screen and on paper can differ depending on your device, printer, paper and ink. We recommend printing one test page first.
What licence do I get?
Each product comes with a personal-use licence. You may print as many copies as you need for yourself, your home, your family, your event or your own organisation. You may not resell, share, give away or upload the files, sell them or printed copies in bulk, or claim the designs as your own. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Because files are delivered instantly, we do not accept returns. If a file is corrupted or will not open and we cannot fix it, you received the wrong product, or the product is materially different from its description, email us and we will fix, replace or refund the order. Are the planners and templates professional advice?
No. Planners, trackers and templates are general-purpose organising tools. They are not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice.
